H2A Digital ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Voxa mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

π Content Data (Text and Documents)
What we collect: Voxa processes the text and documents you choose to submit for audio generation. The App may also generate audio results derived from that content.
What we do not collect: We do not collect biometric identifiers such as faceprints, voiceprints, or other biometric profiles for the purpose of identifying a person.
How we use content data: We use the submitted text and documents only to provide the Appβs core functionality, including converting written content into speech as requested by the user. We do not use submitted text or documents for advertising, marketing, or tracking, and we do not use them to train our own models.
Where it is processed and stored: Submitted text and documents are securely transmitted to our backend (Supabase Storage) and to AI processing providers (such as OpenAI) to perform the requested audio generation.
π§© Third-Party Content Data Storage (Service Providers)
Do they store content data? Yes. Supabase temporarily stores: (1) submitted user uploaded documents in Supabase Storage under our account, and (2) temporary generated audio results produced during processing.
Why do they store it? We upload submitted documents to create a short-lived signed URL that our backend uses to securely retrieve the file during processing. This avoids sending large document files inside the audio generation request payload and improves reliability (e.g., if the app is backgrounded or a retry is needed). Temporary generated audio files may be stored briefly to deliver results to the user.
User text or documents: We delete submitted uploaded documents after the audio generation attempt completes. If deletion fails due to network or unexpected errors, we run automated cleanup to remove any remaining uploads within 6 hours.
Temporary generated audio: We remove temporary generated audio files after processing and download. If deletion fails due to network or unexpected errors, we run automated cleanup to remove any remaining temporary results within 48 hours.
Why these lengths? The 6-hour and 48-hour windows exist only as short reliability fallbacks (e.g., client disconnects, network errors, or retries) while minimizing retention of submitted documents, and temporary generated audio.
Do they process content data? Yes. OpenAI may receive user-submitted text or documents solely to perform audio generation requested by the user.
Why is data sent to OpenAI? We use OpenAI to process text and documents using AI models. This is required to provide the Appβs core functionality.
Do they store the data? OpenAI processes the data on our behalf. We configure requests so that data is not used to train models and is handled according to OpenAIβs privacy and security standards.
How long is it retained? Data sent to OpenAI is retained only for the time necessary to process the request, according to their policies.
Do they store content data? No. We do not send submitted text, uploaded documents, or generated audio files to PostHog.
What do they store instead? PostHog receives usage/analytics events (e.g., screen views, button taps, feature usage) to help us improve the App.

β³ Data Retention
User text or documents: Submitted text or uploaded documents are intended to be removed after processing to minimize retention. If a removal fails due to network or unexpected errors, we run automated cleanup to remove remaining uploads within 24 hours.
Temporary generated audio: Temporary generated audio files stored on our backend are intended to be removed after processing and download. As a fallback, we run automated cleanup to remove remaining temporary results within 48 hours.
On-device storage: The App may save generated audio results locally on your device (e.g., to replay your results). You can remove local data by deleting results in the App (if available) or uninstalling the App.
